Bohemian Luxury was a project created to explore the rendering software, Enscape, through Revit, the 2D and 3D plan software. All plans, elevations, sections, and reflected ceiling plans were constructed in Revit.
This project consisted of a 950 square foot floor open plan that was created into an apartment. It includes a full kitchen, living room, balcony, master bedroom, and bathroom with a closet inside.
The location was hypothetically in Oaxaca, Mexico overlooking the bay. The design concept incorporates both luxurious, simplified shapes and forms, and the natural textures and patterns of Mexico.

PERSONAL COLLAGE

I was assigned a collage that was personalized with our inspirations and influences. Using a mixture of my own works and photography and borrowed works and photography, I have created with collage. Every image speaks a different fragment of my personality.
I am very rooted in my carelessness like the people in the 60s and 70s which it where I get inspiration from. Many things inspire me like the fashion, forms, colors, patterns, and above all, music. I enjoy guessing what genres of music are played in certain interiors. Color is also a big part of me. I come from Mexico where color just runs through our blood. It is very prominent in many of my projects how much I like color. The important thing is that I am able to use it sparingly depending on the project.
Another thing that inspires me is the ocean. The ocean interests me because not only are beaches relaxing but they are mysterious as well. Humans have only discovered a small portion compared to the amount of ocean there is. This uncovers my need to be intuitive and curious and constantly thinking of questions to humor those curiosities.
One of the things I often think about is how bare the streets look. If they had a bit of color and pattern, I believe it would lift people's spirits because everywhere they would look, there would be something creative to look at; bright pops of color allow moods to brighten. As I appreciate these elements of my personality, I also have a love for nature. I have always spent my days outside ever since I was very little, so I have connected with biophilia and I believe it is important for humans to coexist with it. I believe we should preserve the earth by enhancing it and making sure it is clean and our actions are environmentally friendly and sustainable.

Me asignaron un collage personalizado con nuestras inspiraciones e influencias. Creé un collage usando fotos prestadas y fotos y trabajos mios. Cada foto refleja una parte de mi personalidad.
Estoy muy arraigada en mi descuido como las personas de los años 60s y 70s de donde me inspiro. Muchas cosas de esa época me inspiran como la moda, los colores, los patrones, y sobre todo, la musica. Me gusta adivinar qué géneros de música tocan en interiores diferentes. Los colores también son una grande parte de quien soy. Soy de México donde los colores fluyen en nuestras venas. Es algo destacado en muchos de mis proyectos. Lo importante es que se usarlo con moderación dependiendo del proyecto.
Otra cosa que me inspira es el mar. El mar me interesa porque no solo son relajantes las playas, pero también son misteriosas. Los humanos sólo hemos descubierto una pequeña porción en comparación con la cantidad de mar que hay. Esto revela mi necesidad de ser intuitiva y curiosa y pensar constantemente en preguntas para complacer ess curiosidades.
Una de las cosas que siempre pienso es que vacías se ven las calles. Si tuvieran un poco de color, yo pienso que levantaría el ánimo de la gente porque donde volteen, habría algo creativo que ver. Aprecio todos elementos creativos de mi personalidad, también le tengo amor a la naturaleza. Siempre me la he pasado estando afuera desde que era yo niña. Siempre me he sentido conectada a la naturaleza y yo creo que es muy importante que los humanos existamos con ella. Necesitamos cuidar al medioambiente y estar conscientes de que nuestras acciones hagan un planeta limpio y sostenible.
