Bohemian Luxury was a project created to explore the rendering software, Enscape, through Revit, the 2D and 3D plan software. All plans, elevations, sections, and reflected ceiling plans were constructed in Revit.
This project consisted of a 950 square foot floor open plan that was created into an apartment. It includes a full kitchen, living room, balcony, master bedroom, and bathroom with a closet inside.
The location was hypothetically in Oaxaca, Mexico overlooking the bay. The design concept incorporates both luxurious, simplified shapes and forms, and the natural textures and patterns of Mexico.

This project consisted of borrowing a modern artist's work that included a face and a hand. The original face and hand was to be replaced with our own face and hand in black and white charcoal. The rest of the work was done to look like the original with soft pastels.
However, the project had a twist. We had to include three items: something fuzzy, something translucent, and something reflective. This project was an experimentation of light, texture, and color.

Este proyecto consistió de un artista moderno que el trabajo tenía un rostro y una mano. El rostro y la mano original tenía que cambiarse a nuestro rostro y mano usando carbón blanco y negro. Todo lo demás tenía que asemejarse al original con pasteles.
Uno de los requisitos de este proyecto era que tenía que tener tres objetos pintados: algo peludo, algo translúcido, y algo reflectivo. Este proyecto nos ayudó a experimentar con la luz, las texturas, y los colores.
