Bohemian Luxury was a project created to explore the rendering software, Enscape, through Revit, the 2D and 3D plan software. All plans, elevations, sections, and reflected ceiling plans were constructed in Revit.
This project consisted of a 950 square foot floor open plan that was created into an apartment. It includes a full kitchen, living room, balcony, master bedroom, and bathroom with a closet inside.
The location was hypothetically in Oaxaca, Mexico overlooking the bay. The design concept incorporates both luxurious, simplified shapes and forms, and the natural textures and patterns of Mexico.

CASE STUDY HOUSE # 7

The Case Study House was the final project for the course Graphics of the Building Arts. This is the first studio class we take at SCAD where they teach us how to hand draft. Each student was assigned a case study house to learn how to draft a floor plan, elevations, and perspectives.
Case Study House #7 was one of my favorite projects to work on in the fall quarter of 2018. I appreciated the way Thornton Abell focused on a space where the majority of the time spent was with family. Areas like the kitchen and the bedrooms were made smaller due to people spending the least amount of time in those spaces. The same floor plan and elevations were used in a future project.

La casa de estudio de caso fue el proyecto final del curso de gráficos para las artes de construcción, Esta es la primera clase de estudio, que dura cinco horas, que tomamos en SCAD. Esta clase nos enseñaba a hacer proyectos de mano haciendo planos, elevaciones, y perspectivas.
La casa de estudio de caso número 7 fue uno de mis proyectos favoritos del otoño del 2018. Aprecio la manera que Thornton Abell creó una casa que se enfoca más en los espacios que se está más tiempo con la familia. Áreas como la cocina o las habitaciones estaban diseñadas más chicas porque la gente no está en esos lugares la mayoría del dia. El mismo plano y elevaciones se usaron en otro proyecto.
