Bohemian Luxury was a project created to explore the rendering software, Enscape, through Revit, the 2D and 3D plan software. All plans, elevations, sections, and reflected ceiling plans were constructed in Revit.
This project consisted of a 950 square foot floor open plan that was created into an apartment. It includes a full kitchen, living room, balcony, master bedroom, and bathroom with a closet inside.
The location was hypothetically in Oaxaca, Mexico overlooking the bay. The design concept incorporates both luxurious, simplified shapes and forms, and the natural textures and patterns of Mexico.

ABOUT

Hello, I'm Val Munoz de Cote! I was born in Puebla, Mexico and I moved to Atlanta, Georgia in January 2000. I grew up in the northern suburbs of Atlanta where I had a passion for Interior Design. With determination and persuasion, I was able to attend the Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD) to study Interior Design. I graduated in May 2021.
Ever since I was young, I enjoyed exploring new houses and buildings. It fascinated me how everybody has similar needs, yet there is a different way to arrange and design spaces. This sparked my interest in interior design.
I have found an interest in production/set design. It takes a creative mind to problem solve when trying to achieve an immersive design. I have always wanted to be a part of something that is passed on for generations, and that is constantly evolving as we as humans do.
